A writer and former journalist, Sumi questions everything around her. She helps run aikyam jobs to connect job seekers with impactful careers.

Minah Jaleel (aikyam fellow, 2025)
Minah is a passionate lover of human connections and of bringing people together. She heads aikyam space to make psychologically safe spaces accessible to changemakers and tiny entrepreneurs.

Jasentha whips up the most delicious food at aikyam space, making sure your stay is a memorable one. You will love chatting with her if you like home remedies.

Ashok (Facilities)
Ashok helps us take care of our facilities. He loves gardening and learning new ways to take care of his plants from YouTube.

Chhabil specialises in investment oversight, compliance, and driving operational efficiency. He has worked with the likes of Microsoft, Lenovo, and Nokia.
